Train your skills early - several months in advance if possible. Spend some time in our cheer gym, with our coaches, working on jumps, motions, tumbling and spiriting so tryout season will be a breeze! Check out any of our class offerings that will help you achieve your cheer goals this season! 

Attention Middle School and High School Cheerleaders - We offer classes to help you maintain your skills and learn what you need to tune up for next season! We offer classes in Cheer Basics (Cheer 101) starting in January, as well as classes focusing on Stretching, Jumping, and of course tumbling! Check out our classes tab for more information!

We will work will work with you on jumps, cheers, motions, and presentation to get you ready for your school team tryout! 

Do you have an all star in the making? We are looking for athletes ages 5-6 for our Melee Diamondz (Full Year Tiny team) in Hoover! Tryouts are going on now. Team practices over summer 1.5 hours and during the season practices twice a week for 1.5 hours in Hoover!

We will be hosting a Pre-Tryout Clinic for anyone who is interested in Bama All Stars for the 2022-2023 season on May 7, 2022!

Who: Anyone who is interested in Bama All Stars for next season 2022-2023

What: Pre-Tryout Clinic

When: `10-12 Trussville and 12-2pm Hoover

Where: Both gym locations

Why: To prepare next season's all stars for joining a team!

Cost: Free for returning all stars, $10 for potential new all stars

This is a great opportunity for your friends to come and see what all star is like before they tryout on May 21, and for returning all stars to work on some advanced skills if they are trying to move up to a new level. This is a day for anyone who may be interested in joining all star next season with us!
